Instructions
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Add mustard and horseradish. Stir well.
Then pour in the cream, mix until smooth.
Pour the sauce over the salmon steaks, mix well, and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Transfer the steaks to a covered baking sheet (I have a silicone mat).
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds. And black sesame seeds. Cook in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, 20 minutes.
Ready steaks are served to the table. The fish is very tasty and tender.
