Sauce-Gravy with Ground Meat Recipe
Delicious and quick gravy for any side dishes, provided that there is ready meat. Serve in two ways: as a sauce for baked or stewed vegetables; as a gravy for mashed potatoes, buckwheat porridge, rice or pasta.

Instructions
  1. To prepare the sauce, you will need ready-made meat, boiled, baked or fried. It can be chicken or pork of your choice. I have a baked chicken breast.
  2. Cut the meat arbitrarily and chop it in the bowl of a blender until medium-sized pieces form.
  3. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until transparent and light golden brown.
  4. Then add one or two tablespoons of flour, depending on the thickness of the sauce you want to get. Stir well and fry for another minute.
  5. Then pour in a glass of broth or water.
  6. Stir, add the bay leaf and cook for 5 minutes. At this stage, you can already bring it to taste. I baked the chicken with spices and therefore do not add them, just a little nutmeg and a little salt.
  7. Add the minced meat, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  8. At the end, add sour cream, stir, heat, but do not bring to a boil!
  9. You can serve it in a saucepan so that everyone can pour themselves the right amount. Or just pour and mix with the side dish. Enjoy your meal!
