Instructions

Boiled eggs are rolled in flour.
Take 80 g of minced meat, cover on both sides with cling film, using a rolling pin, roll out the minced meat in a small circle.
Lightly moisten your hands with water, take the minced meat, put an egg in the middle, wrap the minced meat, carefully shape it.
Roll in flour.
Dip in beaten eggs.
Cover with breadcrumbs.
In a well-heated oil, fry until golden brown.
