  1. Pour the semolina with kefir.
  2. Mix thoroughly and leave for 25-30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil and sugar, whisk thoroughly.
  4. Prepare the raisins and cut the apple into small pieces.
  5. Pour the swollen semolina into the butter-sugar mixture, add flour and soda.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Add the raisins and apple slices and mix gently.
  8. Put the dough into a mold (the size of the mold is 11 cm wide, 7 cm high, 25 cm long; pre-cover with parchment) and send it to bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, then cover the mold with foil for cupcakes and bake until ready for about 25-30 minutes (check the readiness with a wooden skewer and we focus on the features of your oven).
  9. Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it cool.
  10. Have a nice tea party!
