Prepare all necessary products. In a bowl, mix semolina with milk. Cover and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Pumpkin peel and seeds, grate on a fine grater.
Mix melted butter with sugar and eggs.
Egg mixture, orange zest and grated pumpkin to connect with the swollen semolina, mix well. Add flour with baking powder, mix until smooth.
Put the dough in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or semolina form.
Bake 45 minutes at 190-200°C.
Put the semolina cake to a dish, cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
