  1. Cut the Turkey into pieces and marinate with the mushrooms in soy sauce with the addition of garlic through a press. Leave for 30 minutes, soak skewers in water (4 PCs)
  2. String the Turkey on skewers, alternating with mushrooms and pepper cut into pieces.
  3. Cut the dough layer into 4 parts lengthwise.
  4. Roll out part of the dough lengthwise in the form of a ribbon and wrap the skewers, pinch the edges well on the skewer.
  5. Brush with oil and fry on a grate over the coals, turning with tweezers.
  6. Ready-made skewers grease with a little oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. To serve, removing from the skewers with your favorite sauce.
