  1. We make potato dough. In chicken eggs, you need to separate the protein from the yolk. Place the whites in the bowl of a blender, they will need to be whipped with a pinch of salt to a strong foam. Grate the potatoes on a medium grater. I weighed the potatoes-450 g. Prisalivaem it, give a minute to stand and squeeze the palm of the juice released. Pressed potatoes are placed in another bowl, add the yolks and flour.
  2. With a silicone spatula, I carefully combined the mass, pepper. This is optional. Add the whipped whites and gently mix them into the potato dough. For baking, I’ll take a silicone mat. Its size: length-30 cm and width-25 cm. Lubricate the mat with oil. Spread the dough and level it on the mat evenly. The amount of this dough I have exactly the size of this mat, so I specified the exact weight of the potatoes. If you do not have such a mat, then you can bake on protvin, covered with baking oiled paper, but the size should be the same. The optimal size and thickness of the baked dough for the roll. Put in the preheated oven to t-180 C for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. I have enough time! The base for the roll is ready. Remove from the oven.
  3. While the dough was baking, I cooked mushrooms. Boiled in salted water honey agaric 5 minutes, threw in a colander, cut them smaller. In a saucepan, I poured oil, warmed it and laid out randomly chopped onions. Gilded for a minute and put the mushrooms. I cooked until the liquid from the mushrooms was completely evaporated. It’s fast.
  4. After removing the base from the oven, immediately spread the squares of melted cheese on it, retreating from the edges along the perimeter. On the cheese, spread a layer of mushrooms with onions, level. Do not lay the edges around the perimeter with the filling, the layer does not need to be very thick, in the process of wrapping in a roll, it can come out. Chop the greens finely and sprinkle the mushrooms with onions. Easily wrapped in a roll. I wrapped it in a roll with a smaller side, so the roll will be thicker! The dough is not torn, pliable, perfectly wrapped and the roll turns out very neat. We place it on a wooden board or a serving dish.
  5. To serve, immediately cut into pieces. I cut off 2-2. 5 cm of the edge on both sides, leveling them, removed (ate). I divided the roll into 5 pieces 4 cm wide. It’s very tasty. For the roll, it’s great to take forest mushrooms, they are so fragrant!
