We send the onion to a food processor and chop it not very finely.
We send it to the frying pan and fry for five minutes.
We send the chopped mushrooms to the pan (I have oyster mushrooms) and fry on high heat with onions for another five minutes. Turn off and cool slightly.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
We note how our Christmas tree will look, and lay out the first layer of filling – onions with mushrooms.
The second layer is spread with beans mixed with sour cream and finely chopped dill (we leave a little for decoration).
I always have frozen beans, so I didn’t include the cooking time in the total amount.
Form a Christmas tree as shown in the photo. On a wide surface, lay out the lower scraps of dough that remained during the formation of the “legs”.
Spread on a baking sheet, lubricate with egg (butter, tea, water), decorate with dill greens. If desired, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven, preheated to 200 * C, for 15-20 minutes.
