I share the recipe already, because it needs to be given at least a couple of weeks to Mature, and better a month. But believe me, it's worth it. There will be a lot of juicy, delicious, fragrant dried fruits and candied fruits and quite a bit of dough, which will smell like a whole bunch of spicy spices. And if you let the cupcake ripen and infuse, it will be just a firework of flavors and aromas. We liked this cake very much, I hope you will like it!! Join us!

My cupcake was baked for 2 hours and 10 minutes.
1 hour 50 minutes baked under foil.
While the cake is hot it can be smeared with any strong alcohol or syrup, but I had enough of everything in dried fruit.
Or after it cools down you can cover the cupcake with protein icing.

The weight of the cake is 570 grams.
