Snack “Fried Rolls” Recipe
A simple, fast and fairly budget snack that will decorate any table. It turns out it is tender inside and with a crispy crust on the outside.

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the “Fried Rolls”snack.
  2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and mix. Brush the pan with vegetable oil and bake three egg pancakes.
  3. Brush the top of the pancakes with cottage cheese.
  4. Unroll the crab stick and place it on the cheese layer. If the wand is torn, it’s okay.
  5. Apply a little mayonnaise to the sticks.
  6. Finely chop the dill and sprinkle on top.
  7. Roll the pancakes with the filling into tight rolls, cut into pieces.
  8. Roll them in flour.
  9. Stir the egg until smooth. Dip the pieces completely into it.
  10. Then pan them in breadcrumbs.
  11. Place on a plate and let sit for 5 minutes. Just during this time, the vegetable oil will heat up over medium heat in a deep frying pan.
  12. Fry them in hot oil until crisp on all sides, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer the finished snack to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  13. Serve warm.
