I offer a cheesecake in the shape of a Christmas tree for a festive table as a snack! It will become a real decoration of the New Year’s table and will not go unnoticed by your guests! It is prepared quickly, which is very convenient in the midst of the New Year’s rush, but it turns out delicious and elegant!
For the filling, grate suluguni cheese on a coarse grater, chop garlic and dill.
Mix all the ingredients in a container, if the filling turns out to be thick, then add sour cream. I do not add salt, as there is enough of it in the cheese. Mix everything together and the filling is ready!
Roll out one layer of dough into a rectangle about 3-5 mm thick.
Roll out the second layer 5 mm thick and cut it into strips 1.5-2 cm wide. These will be the sides of our pie.
We fold each strip with an accordion and spread it on the first layer of dough so that it looks like a Christmas tree, cut off the excess dough.
Lubricate everything with egg (both inside and outside)
Distribute the filling, cut out the star decorations from the remaining dough. Decorate the top of the filling with stars and cherry tomatoes. Put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
