Bright, hearty pie! It includes kefir dough, spinach and a set of vegetables “Mexican mix” – green string beans, corn, green peas, sweet bell peppers and carrots!
Add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Then stir until smooth.
Add the vegetable mixture and spinach (vegetables and spinach were used frozen, after defrosting, transferring overnight from the freezer only to the refrigerator).
Add 1 tsp oregano and gently mix the dough.
Put the dough into the mold (having previously covered the bottom with parchment and lightly greased with vegetable oil, the diameter of the mold is 22 cm).
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about an hour (check readiness with a wooden skewer).
The finished cake is taken out of the oven and allowed to cool.
