Snacks of Herring with Potatoes Recipe

  1. Boil potatoes in a uniform. I didn’t take a large potato, if you take a large one, then 2 pieces will be enough.
  2. Cut the onion into rings. Pour boiling water and strain.
  3. Add salt, sugar, oil and vinegar.
  4. Mix everything and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Dry the bread in a dry pan.
  6. In a food processor, grind into coarse crumbs.
  7. Clean the fish, carefully remove the ridge. You can use any fish, herring, sprat, who likes what.
  8. Peel the potatoes and cut them into two halves. I also trimmed the bottom to make it stable.
  9. Sprinkle the potatoes with breadcrumbs.
  10. Then pickled onions.
  11. Roll the fish into a roll and put it on top of the skewer.
