Snacks with Herring and Egg Salad Recipe
A delicious, hearty snack with a bright and unusual taste. The snack can be served as a full-fledged salad or put the salad on a slice of black bread and serve with herring.

  1. Apple (preferably green, Granny Smith) cut into thin slices. Put it in a bowl and pour lemon juice over it. Mix it.
  2. Cut the white onion into 4 parts and finely chop each. Add to the apples.
  3. Boil the eggs and cool them. Grind in a combine using the “Grater” nozzle. Add to the apples and onions.
  4. Mix sour cream with grainy mustard.
  5. Add the sauce and mix thoroughly.
  6. Cut the black bread, put some lettuce on top and a couple of slices of herring (I used canned food).
  7. Bon appetit.
