Boil the eggs.
Grate on a coarse grater.Boil the fish in salted water.
Strain the broth. We will need 500 ml, in which we need to dilute the gelatin.
Peel the fish from the bones and slice it.
Finely chop the greens (you can use dry).
Mix it all together.
Add the broth with gelatin.
Pour into a mold, preferably split. (I have 18 cm)
And we put it in the refrigerator until it freezes.
Take it out of the mold. (But you can also leave it in it).
