Peel 300 grams of celery and cut into small cubes.
Do the same with potatoes (2 pieces), apples (2 pieces) and onions (1 piece).
Combine all the vegetables in a saucepan, pour 1 liter of homemade chicken broth, add a pinch of turmeric for color, bring to a boil and cook under a lid for 30-35 minutes until ready. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste.
Then stir the soup. If it turned out to be thick, add a little more broth. Take out the sample and, if necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice. If you have sour apples, lemon juice may be superfluous.
