Very tasty and healthy, hearty and light burgers made from soy minced meat. A great option for those who like soy meat, or for some reason do not eat animal meat. This is a basic recipe, you can add flaxseeds, dry mashed potatoes, pea or buckwheat flakes, vegetables, if desired. The main advantage of such burgers is a minimum of calories, maximum benefit.
Mix soy minced meat, cream, oat flakes, flaxseed flour, salt and spices in one container, pour warm boiled water. Stir and leave for 5 minutes to swell.
From the resulting mass, form small burgers in the form of burgers. Roll each burger in fiber on all sides. For breading, I use wheat fiber, which gives the dish a delicious golden hue and a cereal flavor.
Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Transfer the finished burgers to a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
If desired, you can add various fillers to the dough to taste: flaxseeds; dry mashed potatoes; pea or buckwheat flakes.
