  1. I will cook potatoes in a clay mold (ketz) D-20 cm and height-5 cm, you can take any suitable heat-resistant mold that can be put in the oven. My potatoes are large, about 0.5 kg for two potatoes. I’ll take a large red onion, I love red onions, I’ll put half of the bell pepper from one piece, it’s also large for me. Cut the potatoes into quarters, and then cut into slices about 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Onion – half rings. Cut the pepper into thin “noodles” long in length, crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife. Put it in the form. Sprinkle everything with salt, spices and pour 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle everything with grated white breadcrumbs, you can use breadcrumbs. I mixed everything again so that the potatoes were rolled in a mixture of butter and breadcrumbs.
  2. Pour the remaining 0.5 tablespoons of oil on top. Put in the oven for 40 minutes, setting t-180 C. After 20 minutes, I took out the mold and, after mixing, put it back in the oven. Another 20 minutes and the potatoes are ready!
  3. I will eat potatoes as an independent dish. You can use it as a side dish. I’ll quickly serve him the pickled cabbage.t
