Instructions
Products,
Cut carrots into cubes 4-5 cm long . Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat for five minutes.
Add the wine and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the wine has completely evaporated.
Add honey and soy sauce to the carrots, stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
Cut the olives into slices.
Add the olives to the carrots and heat for 1-2 minutes, remove from heat.
The whole side dish is ready, you can serve it with meat or as an independent dish.
