Spicy Crumbly Cookies Recipe
New Year’s spicy cookies with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom in butter and yolks. Melts in the mouth, crumbly and fragrant!

  1. Sift flour into a bowl, add sugar, salt. Finely chop the butter directly into a bowl with flour. Add the spicy mixture. If there is no such thing, then it can be assembled from the ingredients that I have indicated. Rub everything into crumbs with your hands. Separate the yolks from the egg whites and add to the butter crumbs. With a silicone spatula, I collected the dough, and then rolled it into a ball with my hands. The dough turns out wonderful, it does not stick to your hands.
  2. Put the dough in a bag and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take out the dough. Tear off the pieces from it and roll them into balls D-4.5-5 cm approximately. I have 8 balls.
  3. I’ll put the dough in a non-stick mold. You can put it on a baking sheet or baking paper. Lay out the balls at a distance from each other in shape, slightly flattening them on top. I used a knife to make snowflake-shaped incisions on top. Put in the oven preheated to t-180 C for 15 minutes. I had plenty of time for my oven. Focus on yourself. Remove from the oven, let cool and transfer the cookies to serve, sprinkling with powdered sugar completely cooled.

  5. Cookies are brittle, crumbly and melt in the mouth. That’s such a split!
