- 2 pieces Egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Seasoning I have a ready- made spice mix: cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon

- In a bowl, sift the flour , add sugar, salt. Cut the butter finely directly into a bowl with flour. Add the spicy mixture. If there is no such thing , then it can be collected from the ingredients that I specified. Hands RUB everything into crumbs. Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs and add to the butter crumbs. With a silicone spatula, I collected the dough, and then rolled it into a ball with my hands. The dough is wonderful , it does not stick to your hands.
- I will lay the dough on a non- stick form. You can put it on a baking Mat or baking paper. Spread the balls with the distance from each other on the form, slightly flattening them on top. I used a knife to make snowflake-shaped incisions on top. Put in a preheated oven to t-180 C for 15 minutes . I had enough time for my oven. Focus on your own. Remove from the oven , allow to cool and shift the cookies to serve, sprinkling, completely cooled, with powdered sugar.
