  1. Prepare the products. Wash and peel the vegetables. Chop the onion and garlic. Carrot and celery root (added by myself) cut into strips. Bulgarian pepper cut into wide noodles.
  2. Cut the sausages diagonally into slices.
  3. Cut the potatoes either into cubes or small slices, cubes – as you like.
  4. Fry the hunting sausages in a frying pan in olive oil until golden brown.
  5. Add the carrots and celery and fry a little.
  6. Next, add garlic, onion, hot spices, whatever you want, paprika and pepper. Mix everything together.
  7. Sprinkle with bell pepper.
  8. Grate tomatoes in a frying pan, if you use fresh ones, or put canned ones. If whole, then pre-knead them.
  9. Heat the chicken broth, add chopped potatoes, fried sausages with vegetables, salt, spices, chopped herbs, add black and red ground pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. In this soup, if, in your opinion, it turned out watery, you can add dumplings.
