Prepare the products. Wash and peel the vegetables. Chop the onion and garlic. Carrot and celery root (added from myself) chop into strips. Cut the bell pepper into wide noodles. Cut the sausages diagonally into slices.
Cut the potatoes either into cubes,or small slices, cubes-as you like.
Fry the hunting sausages in a frying pan in olive oil until golden brown.
Add the carrots and celery and fry a little.
Next, add the garlic, onion, hot spices, whatever you want, paprika and pepper. Mix everything together.
Add the bell pepper.
Grate the tomatoes in the pan, if you use fresh ones, or lay out the canned ones. If they are whole, then pre-knead them. Heat the chicken broth, add the chopped potatoes, fried sausages with vegetables, salt, spices, chopped herbs, add black and red pepper. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
