You can cook vegetables-carrots, radishes, cucumber, I grate (there are such graters “for carrots in Korean”), I cut onions into half rings.
The greens are very finely chopped – for this salad I take dill, sometimes borage and necessarily young radish leaves – they have a lot of vitamins!
