Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package – it takes about 15 minutes for everything, but for now it is ready… You can cook vegetables-carrots, radishes, cucumber, I grate (there are such graters “for carrots in Korean”), I cut onions into half rings. The greens are very finely chopped – for this salad I take dill, sometimes borage and necessarily young radish leaves – they have a lot of vitamins!
  3. While we are cutting everything – the rice is ready – take it out of the bag and let it cool.
  4. We do not waste time, but prepare the dressing – combine mustard with vinegar in a bowl, stirring constantly, slowly pour in the oil – the mass will become slightly viscous, cloudy…
  5. And, without ceasing to stir, add sour cream, pepper and salt to taste – whisk everything well. Refueling is ready.
  6. Add the cooled rice to the vegetables in the salad bowl, mix the dressing and call everyone to the table!
