  1. Grate the onion and peeled zucchini on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the vegetables, salt and egg. Add milk, stir. Add flour. Add vegetable oil. The dough should turn out thicker than the pancakes. If the dough is liquid, the pancakes will break.
  2. Grate the sausage and cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens. Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
  3. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Pour a little dough, fry the pancakes until golden brown on one side. Then turn the pancake over and fry for half a minute.
  4. Put the remaining filling in the middle.
  5. Tuck the free edges of the pancake to the middle, covering the filling and forming an envelope.
  6. Gently turn the envelope seam down, fry for 1 minute.
  7. From the specified amount of ingredients, 3 envelopes are obtained.
