  1. This is almost the entire simple set for our strudel.
  2. Defrost the spinach, squeeze out all the excess water, chop finely In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, fry the spinach for a couple of minutes, add 3 tablespoons of cream, salt. Stir, simmer for another 1-2 minutes, turn off the heat, cool the spinach.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle measuring 25 cm. 35 cm. Carefully transfer the dough to a clean kitchen napkin. Brush the surface of the dough with tomato sauce (ketchup).
  4. Put the spinach on the dough, not reaching the edges of 1-2 cm.
  5. Spread mascarpone cheese on top of spinach.
  6. Lay out the crab sticks.
  7. And carefully, using a napkin, roll the dough into a roll, while first bending the edges of the dough (1-2 cm) inside.
  8. Transfer the roll to a baking sheet covered with baking paper, grease with beaten egg on top, sprinkle with nigella (sesame) and bake in a preheated 180 gr. oven for 25-30 minutes.
  9. The roll is good both hot and cold.
