Stuffed eggs can be with a variety of fillings, one of our favorites is with herring, potatoes and Apple. The snack turns out very tasty and flies instantly.

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and pour boiling water. A slice of lemon is also sent to a bowl. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Pour into a deep bowl.
  3. Peel the Apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Place in a bowl with the potatoes.
  4. Cut the herring fillet into small cubes. Pour into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Drain the water, remove the lemon slice and put the onion in a bowl. Cut the eggs into halves, carefully remove the yolk. Cut the yolk into cubes and also send it to a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Last of all, add finely chopped dill and sour cream.
  7. Mix well and fill the protein halves.
