Instructions
  1. I took rice, one bag, it is very convenient to cook, rice is not sticky, it turns out a piece of rice to a piece of rice. I have boiled minced meat.
  2. Peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds. I keep it small, if you have a big one, I advise you to cut it and make a boat. Put in a baking dish, sprinkle finely and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
  3. While the pepper is baking, let’s do the filling. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add the grated zucchini. (This will hardly be felt in the finished dish, it will only give juiciness).
  4. Fry for 3 minutes, stirring.
  5. Boil the rice until tender.
  6. Mix rice, ground beef, onion, fried with zucchini, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix it.
  7. Prepare the sauce. Grate tomatoes on a fine grater, add broth, ketchup, crushed garlic clove, chopped basil leaves. Add salt to taste, add a little sugar and pepper. Literally 2 minutes on the boil – the sauce is ready.
  8. We take out our baked pepper, stuffing it completely.
  9. Pour over the sauce.
  10. Bake for about 15 minutes (focus on your oven, I like the pepper to be quite soft, baked). Before finishing, sprinkle the peppers with cheese, wait until the cheese melts.
  11. The peppers are ready.
  12. Enjoy your meal.
