  1. Chop the onion into feathers, chop the garlic finely. Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic for a few seconds.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Cut the fish into medium – sized pieces 2 by 2 cm . Lightly stir the roasting, potatoes and fish. Add a little salt.
  3. Put it in a baking dish.
  4. Prepare the sauce. Add flour to the cream, mix so that there are no lumps + chopped dill.
  5. Pour out the contents of the mold, pepper, sprinkle with lemon. We send it to a preheated 180-200 deg. bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with herbs.
