Ingredients

Lemon

Bulgarian pepper

Cucumber

Corn (canned)
Parsley
to taste

Soy sauce
4
tablespoons
Vegetable oil
Instructions
Wash, peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Wash the cabbage, remove the upper leaves and chop into small strips.
Put the vegetables in a deep bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix everything and mash it well with your hands, the cabbage should become softer and give juice.
Pour soy sauce into the cabbage, mix and leave to infuse.
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Cut the sweet pepper into strips, too.
Put all the vegetables to the cabbage and add half a can of corn.
Cut the greens (I have parsley).
Sprinkle the salad with herbs, pour vegetable oil over it and mix well.
Ready.
