Sweet and Sour Pepper Snacks Recipe
Conscientiously checked, there is no such recipe. But it is prepared very quickly from a minimum of products. A great appetizer for meat, poultry, and poached eggs for Breakfast.

  1. Peppers are washed, cleaned from seeds. Cut into half-rings, rings or strips depending on the size. I have an assortment of red, yellow, local “white” and hot green pepper.
  2. Clean the onion, cut it into half rings, if large, then strips.
  3. Fry the onion and pepper on medium heat in oil for about 5 minutes, add sugar, salt, ground black pepper.
  4. Add vinegar, in the original red wine, I have white. Simmer for 10 minutes until the vinegar evaporates.
  5. Add the olive oil and fry a little more.
  6. Put the chopped Basil.
  7. Let the snack cool down, send it to the refrigerator, serve it chilled. Bon Appetit!!!
