I want to share with you a recipe for an original festive snack of rye bread. The cost of food is small, and the dish is not difficult to prepare. But the result is sure to please you! Two crusty loaves, between which the insanely delicious filling and all this in a delicate delicious batter!
Boil chicken breast fillet in salted water, cool and cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the gherkins. I took pickled gherkins delicatessen. They are great for the recipe-they give a special original taste and a slight sourness.
Grate the cheese on a large grater, cut the green onions. Add the gherkins and squeezed garlic.
Add the chicken breast, egg, and a little pepper. I do not recommend salting, since the gherkins, cheese and breast are quite salty in the filling. And there, look for yourself according to your taste.
Add 2 tsp of sour cream to the filling and mix well.
Cut the bread in half. From 12 pieces, you should get 24 parts. I have loaves, the size of 12*6 cm, so I got squares of 6*6 cm.
Put the filling on each square of bread.
Cover with the second square.

While you set the loaves aside, we will prepare the batter.
In a deep bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sour cream, flour, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Dip the bread in the batter and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides, until Golden brown.
