Sweet Cherry Galette Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions
Dissolve sugar and salt in water. Add flour mixed with baking powder, add butter and knead the dough.
Leave it while you peel the berries.
Then roll it out into a layer of a larger diameter than the pie should be, and transfer it to a baking sheet.
Put the cherries in the center and sprinkle with sugar, leaving one spoonful.
Cover the edges of the pie with the dough, leave the middle open and sprinkle the dough with the remaining sugar (I forgot to do this).
Cover the open middle with a circle of foil and bake cookies at 180C for 30-40 minutes.
5 minutes before the end, open the foil. Enjoy your meal!!!
