Sweet Rolls with Cinnamon Recipe

  1. First, prepare the sourdough and activate the yeast. Add 1 tbsp of sugar, salt and dry yeast to the warm milk. Stir and leave in the heat for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yolk and soft butter.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sifted flour, sourdough, cream mixture, vegetable oil and sugar (45 gr.). Mix.
  4. Knead the smooth dough and put it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
  5. During this time, the dough should increase slightly. Divide the dough into 8 parts. To form balls.
  6. For the filling, combine the softened butter (50 gr.), sugar (40 gr.) and ground cinnamon. And mix everything.
  7. Roll out the dough in a circle. Distribute the filling on it.
  8. Roll it up. With a sharp knife, cut the roll along almost to the end, leaving only a small tail.
  9. Two parts of the roll are intertwined.
  10. The edges of the tails are pinched together, resulting in a round roll. The rest of the rolls are made using the specified technology.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven to 185°C.
  12. Cool sweet rolls with cinnamon sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve! Bon Appetit!
