Tabbouleh Recipe

  1. Bulgur should be prepared in advance or, if it is small, then steamed. It should be warm. I am tired of Bulgur, so that he is beautiful. We are preparing everything I need for my table. I use cucumber, cherry tomatoes and parsley. Prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil and lemon juice. I squeezed the juice out of a slice of lemon.
  2. For the salad, finely chop the vegetables. I cut the parsley and cucumber into small pieces, and the cherry into quarters. We send it to the salad bowl. Warm bulgur should be filled with prepared dressing.
  3. Send bulgur to the vegetables. If the filling was not enough, you can add.
  4. Combine everything and, if desired, sprinkle with salt to taste.. I used quite a bit of sea salt.
