  • 500gram Sour cream
  • 100gram SugarIf desired, you can add vanilla or as I have a powder for milkshake) and also optionally a thickener for sour cream, but this is not necessary

  1. Take the butter.
  2. Rub the butter with sugar.
  3. Add the egg and whisk with a whisk or mixer.
  4. Add flour, salt, sugar, and vanilla.
  5. Add milk.
  6. And mix well so that there are no lumps.
  7. Form a glass, ceramic or one that is suitable for a microwave oven, grease with oil or cover with parchment and pour out the dough, smooth it out.
  8. And we send it to the microwave for 7 minutes at an average power.
  9. Let cool in the microwave for 3 minutes, and you can take it out. Then transfer the pie to a plate until it cools completely. (this should be done with each cake, if there are several) if desired, you can add a poppy to one of the cakes, as I did.
