  1. Fry the flour in a dry frying pan until a pleasant nutty smell appears, sift.
  2. The seeds are dried in the oven, I also fried peanuts until light brown in the oven.
  3. Grind the peanuts to flour (I ground them in a coffee grinder).
  4. Chop sunflower seeds, too.
  5. Mix half of the flour with peanuts, half with seeds.
  6. Add half the norm of vegetable oil to peanuts, half to seeds.
  7. Mix the water with sugar, put it on the stove and boil for 15 minutes until large bubbles form.
  8. Pour half of the hot syrup on the peanuts, half on the seeds.
  9. Stir quickly.
  10. Quickly spread the peanut halva over a rectangle of parchment paper. Work quickly, otherwise the halva will start to cool down and then crumble.
  11. Halva from sunflower seeds is quickly distributed into peanut halva.
  12. Cover with parchment paper, roll up and leave for a few hours to solidify.
