Instructions
Peel the potatoes, chop them coarsely. Fill with water and cook in salted water until tender.
Drain the broth, leave the potatoes to dry without a lid (I warm up a little on the fire).
Fry the onion in oil in a frying pan.

Lightly fry everything together, stirring.

Add salt, pepper, fry, stirring, 2-3 minutes.
Add the herbs and garlic (garlic can be passed through a garlic press or just finely chopped), whisk everything, let it brew for a few minutes and serve hot.
