Beat eggs with salt, sugar and butter until frothy. Pour in 300 ml of milk, beat for a couple of seconds.
Add flour with baking powder and continue beating the dough. Pour in the remaining milk (100 ml). Beat the dough so that there are no lumps. Bake pancakes, let them cool.
Grease the cooled pancakes generously with cottage cheese and roll the pancake into a roll.
Cut each roll into portioned pieces, tie each “washer” in the middle with green onions.
