  1. Prepare all the ingredients according to the list. I was making marmalade from pink tomatoes.
  2. Grate the orange and lemon zest. Squeeze out the juice.
  3. Tomatoes scald with boiling water, pour cold water, remove the skin, cut into small cubes.
  4. Put the chopped tomatoes in a saucepan, add all the other ingredients, put on the stove, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Put the finished marmalade in a jar, store in the refrigerator.
  6. Marmalade is perfect with thin loaves!
