Ingredients

or rose, to taste
Instructions
Peel the fish, remove the ridge and bones, cut into portions.
Fry for a couple of minutes with garlic in vegetable oil on both sides, lightly salt. Set aside on a plate.
Peel potatoes and carrots, grate on a coarse grater. Fry for 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, stirring, 5-7 minutes, medium heat.
Pour in cream, boiling water, add cheese. Simmer on slow heat until the sauce is smooth.
Add ground pepper.
Put the fish in the sauce, let it boil, salt to taste. Remove from heat.
Serve hot with thyme and pink pepper.
