  1. Lettuce (I had a mix, but you can take any green salad to your taste) wash, carefully shake off the water and assemble into pieces with your hands.
  2. Slice the cucumber and add it to the salad.
  3. Add the trout, sliced.
  4. In the same place, grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
  5. Peel the tomato from the seeds, cut into pieces and add to the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Whisk the butter with the juice.
  7. Season the salad, mix gently and easily and place the peas on a flat dish covered with lettuce leaves. Place the feta slices on top.
