Instructions
  1. For the barbecue, I will use Turkey breast fillet. I’ll take about 300g. Cut into pieces and marinate the meat for at least half an hour. The Turkey is fresh and does not need to be marinated for a long time. Put the pieces in a bowl, add salt, pepper, Basil, thyme, oregano, pour oil and red wine vinegar. I’ll mix it and cover it with a lid. Let it stand.
  2. The meat is ready. Prepare the eggplant. I’ll take them whole. I will make 5 incisions on the eggplant, without cutting it to the end. Sliced bacon will be cut into pieces, the number of which will correspond to the number of cuts. Put it on a plate, add salt and pepper. I’ll butter the eggplant inside and out and put bacon in each cut. I’ll take 2 double skewers. I string Turkey meat on one side, alternating it with red onion rings. On the other side of the eggplant. I’ll fix the stretch. Today I will use an electric grill oven with upper heating elements T-220 C and make a barbecue in it. I’ll put a tray on the bottom where the fat will drip. Shish kebab is prepared very quickly in a preheated oven with the top heating and the door slightly open, literally 15-20 minutes.
  3. Ready. Serve.
  4. The Turkey was juicy, soft, and flavorful. Eggplant is just another story! Very tasty!
