I love a kebab from Turkey and often experiment with the marinade. Today I want to offer You a marinade with condensed milk. Here the main combination is “sour+spicy+sweet”. I strongly advise you, the meat is especially tender and juicy.
Cut the breast fillet and Turkey thighs into portions that will be convenient to string on a skewer. Put the Turkey pieces in a bowl, add the garlic pressed out, dry adjika, pepper and salt.
Add the yogurt and condensed milk.
Mix well and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Fry on the grill, over moderate heat, turning occasionally. Check readiness by cutting a piece of meat, the juice released should be transparent.
