I offer a wonderful snack -turkey meat salad with string beans. It is prepared very quickly, it will please you with a delicate taste. The dish turns out to be moderately spicy and does not require a side dish. You can use any meat you like — beef, pork, chicken.
Wash the string beans, cut into several pieces, boil in salted water until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to ice water for 4-5 minutes. Then discard the beans in a colander.
Cut the turkey fillet into small strips, add a little salt, red pepper, spices for the chicken, pour soy sauce, mix, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Add starch.
Mix it.
In a cauldron or deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil, lower the meat into boiling oil, lightly fry, add garlic, fry a little, pour in white wine. Completely evaporate.
Put the meat on the beans, mix, check if there is no salt. Season with black pepper, finely chop the parsley and add to the salad. You can add vinegar, but it’s optional.
