Turkey Zrazy with Spicy Filling Recipe
Tender, juicy, delicious, flavorful – and it’s all about turkey zraz with a filling of cottage cheese, feta and mushrooms. A dish for everyday life and holidays!!!

A mixture of spices
Turkey fillet (I have a breast) cut, peel the onion, cut, twist into minced meat.
Put in the minced egg, salt, a mixture of peppers, herbs (I have dry parsley). Mix well, send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to “rest”.
Preparing the filling. Mix cottage cheese and feta, I have cottage cheese. Knead with a fork.
Add finely chopped mushrooms. Squeeze out the garlic.
Add salt and pepper mixture to taste. Mix well.
Take the minced meat. On a flatbread of minced meat, put a tablespoon of filling.
We form a “cutlet” of a round or oval shape, roll it in breadcrumbs.
Fry zrazy in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden on both sides.
Bring to readiness on low heat under the lid.
Serve pancakes hot with greens, vegetables, side dish.
