Instructions
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, put it on a sieve and let the excess juice drain. Beat egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil with a mixer.
Squeeze the zucchini, add it with sour cream to the egg mixture and mix.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Sift into the dough and mix.
Divide the dough into two parts. Add cocoa to one and mix.
Put the dough into molds, alternating dark and light. Bake at t= 180*C until ready (approx. 30 min.)
