  1. We will need thin zucchini and eggplant.
  2. Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Add 1 tsp of salt to the water. Add to the chopped vegetables, leave for 15 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the flour with the remaining salt.
  5. First, roll out the eggplant circles.
  6. Fry in boiling oil over low heat until golden brown.
  7. Put it on a paper towel.
  8. Do the same with zucchini.
  9. When serving, sprinkle with ground paprika. Enjoy your meal!
