To begin with, prepare the vegetables – wash, peel. You can add Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
On a coarse grater, chop carrots, beets, cabbage, chop onions into half rings.
Grate the pumpkin on a Korean grater.
For dressing, mix olive oil, wine (apple) vinegar, squeeze half a lemon.
On the dish we spread all the chopped vegetables, sliced cucumber, and also lay out the petals for our salad – it turned out to be a flower with colorful petals.
Carefully pour the dressing over our salad and serve – at any time.
