  1. Pre-boiled chicken meat (any other) cut into cubes, put on a plate.
  2. Put the tomato rings on the meat.
  3. Then onion, sliced with feathers.
  4. Place the cheese slices on the onion.
  5. The next layer is pepper rings. For salad dressing, mix oil, soy sauce, lemon juice. Season the salad with this mixture. If you don’t have enough salt, add to the dressing to taste. Sprinkle with hot ground pepper. Sprinkle chopped mint on top. This gives the salad a very delicate taste. Garnish with mint sprigs. Let it brew a little and mix the flavors.
